A nice corner shot did that Aysan Tezalp got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Selami Tevfik quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Alacam's Cüneyd Özbas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeki Necati in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of Zonguldak Terakkispor booed when Alacam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celil Yavuz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Alacam's Aysan Tezalp in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Aysan Tezalp might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Selami Tevfik. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aysan Tezalp ran back to his position shaking his head. Polat Tekinsoy took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Selami Tevfik. Selami Tevfik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.
