Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kemalettin Rahmi started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeki Necati in the 4th minute of play forced ManisaFK's goalkeeper Şeref Orkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ManisaFK's Şeref Orkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeki Necati in the 6th minute of play. Şeref Orkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alişan Dalokay in the 8th minute of the match. Zeki Necati succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 24th minute Baycan Başaydın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şeref Orkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Zeki Necati hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alpay Reşan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 34 minutes, Alpay Reşan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ManisaFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alpay Reşan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zeki Necati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şeref Orkan having to interfere. Sergen Ateş charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sergen Ateş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kemalettin Rahmi kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Kemalettin Rahmi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Selami Tevfik having to interfere.

Şeref Orkan made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Baycan Başaydın sent off a good shot on target. In the 54th minute Alpay Reşan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Selami Tevfik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Zonguldak Terakkispor's zone, Alpay Reşan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Selami Tevfik came out of the goal and Alpay Reşan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ManisaFK's Şeref Orkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeki Necati in the 61st minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, ManisaFK's goal looked a bit too open when Alişan Dalokay came free, but Şeref Orkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aytaç Yurdaer hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 70 played minutes ManisaFK got a freekick which was hit by Reşit Dindar. 73 minutes into the match, Zeki Necati dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Şeref Orkan, 0-2. In the 81st minute, Alpay Reşan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Zeki Necati came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Zonguldak Terakkispor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeki Necati couldn't finish the play. In the 87th minute of the match, Baycan Başaydın got a very nice opportunity to score, but Şeref Orkan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 91st match minute, Zonguldak Terakkispor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halim Şahan to maneuver through the defense.
