After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Turgut Saik managed to get in a good position for a shot. KertenKelebek's supporters rose to their feet, but Turgut Saik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gürcan Kerimhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cevher Tüzmen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Hasan Koral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Kıvanç Altıncığlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasan Koral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Burhan Benlioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Burhan Benlioğlu fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KertenKelebek's protests and gave Burhan Benlioğlu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ZİRAAT FK booed when KertenKelebek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Burhan Benlioğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gürcan Kerimhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burhan Benlioğlu in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, KertenKelebek's goal looked a bit too open when Kıvanç Altıncığlu came free, but Hasan Koral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of KertenKelebek booed when ZİRAAT FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umut Özal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute KertenKelebek were awarded a corner. Fevzi Onbulak went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Fevzi Onbulak got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gürcan Kerimhan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Umut Özal's late challenge caught a KertenKelebek's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Umut Özal helped the player get up and apologised. Umut Özal kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The ZİRAAT FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KertenKelebek were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Burhan Benlioğlu made a kick off. After 57 played minutes ZİRAAT FK got a freekick which was hit by Umut Özal. Hasan Koral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cevher Tüzmen went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. When Burhan Benlioğlu came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the KertenKelebek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Burhan Benlioğlu couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind KertenKelebek's goalkeeper Hasan Koral, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Turgut Saik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Gürcan Kerimhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Burhan Benlioğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Umut Özal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 86 minutes had been played. In the 87th match minute, ZİRAAT FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Umut Özal to maneuver through the defense. Hasan Koral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cevher Tüzmen in the 94th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Burhan Benlioğlu took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Gürcan Kerimhan to make any attempt to save it. The ZİRAAT FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching KertenKelebek's performance. The match ended with a win for KertenKelebek.
