Şerif Tokur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özal Uçbay in the 4th minute of play. Şerif Tokur was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yücel Demirbaş showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. A hard shot 11 in the game by Erdi Sehim from a close distance when the talented Şerif Tokur managed to make a qualified save. Sebat SK's players were relieved. In the 16th minute of the match, Yücel Demirbaş tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Şerif Tokur saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özal Uçbay in the 28th minute of play forced Sebat SK's goalkeeper Şerif Tokur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Erdi Sehim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şerif Tokur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erdi Sehim in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, Sebat SK's goal looked a bit too open when Özal Uçbay came free, but Şerif Tokur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şerif Tokur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özal Uçbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Sebat SK's Şerif Tokur got control of the ball when Erdi Sehim tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Erdi Sehim came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Murat Futbol Akademisi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erdi Sehim couldn't finish the play. Özal Uçbay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Özal Uçbay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Sebat SK's goal looked a bit too open when Poyraz Soyuer came free, but Şerif Tokur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erdi Sehim in the 54th minute of play forced Sebat SK's goalkeeper Şerif Tokur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebat SK's Şerif Tokur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özal Uçbay in the 55th minute of play. If Yücel Demirbaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arcan Derim hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Şadi Taş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arcan Derim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Necaettin Ergunalp having to interfere. Özal Uçbay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Şerif Tokur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sebat SK's zone, Erdi Sehim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şerif Tokur came out of the goal and Erdi Sehim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erdi Sehim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Şerif Tokur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Sebat SK getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ahmet Asım Oncubay hit a great ball. Ahmet Asım Oncubay's late challenge caught a Murat Futbol Akademisi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Asım Oncubay helped the player get up and apologised. Ahmet Asım Oncubay hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Sebat SK's Şerif Tokur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Poyraz Soyuer in the 84th minute of play. Poyraz Soyuer hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Murat Futbol Akademisi fully deserved thier win.
