Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Haşim Saylan started the match with the kick off. Erdi Sehim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 5th minute, Erdi Sehim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Poyraz Soyuer kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. If Haşim Saylan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Murat Futbol Akademisi's goal looked a bit too open when Haşim Saylan came free, but Necaettin Ergunalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erberk Cinel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Necaettin Ergunalp having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Haşim Saylan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erberk Cinel charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erberk Cinel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Menderes getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Erberk Cinel hit a great ball. Erberk Cinel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Necaettin Ergunalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haşim Saylan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erdi Sehim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ogün Songur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Necaettin Ergunalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haşim Saylan in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Erberk Cinel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Özal Uçbay made the kick off in the second half. Ogün Songur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erdi Sehim in the 52nd minute. Erberk Cinel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Necaettin Ergunalp having to interfere. Necaettin Ergunalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erberk Cinel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haşim Saylan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Necaettin Ergunalp having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, Murat Futbol Akademisi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rıfkı Tunçhan to maneuver through the defense. After 66 played minutes Menderes got a freekick which was hit by Gürkan Kudsi. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lütfi Birdal during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Haşim Saylan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Necaettin Ergunalp having to interfere. Murat Futbol Akademisi's Necaettin Ergunalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haşim Saylan in the 87th minute of play. Necaettin Ergunalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haşim Saylan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute of the match Menderes got a corner. Murat Futbol Akademisi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cevat Tuz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Cevat Tuz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Murat Futbol Akademisi's Necaettin Ergunalp did a great save. Despite being the better team, Menderes failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
