Spectators: 7229 (Terracing: 5423, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cem Acaröz kicked off to start the match. In the 8th minute, one of MMTKR:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for MMTKR. The goalkeeper, Sven-Ove Boberg, was totally fooled by Conquista's Mehmet Hamdi Özsel, who 9 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Altay Kebir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Derman Ciray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Ahmet Harun Suel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Derman Ciray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Altay Kebir charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Altay Kebir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Conquista booed when MMTKR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Altay Kebir didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Altay Kebir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Derman Ciray was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 25th minute, MMTKR's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cem Acaröz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 33 minutes into the match, Conquista's goal looked a bit too open when Müjdat Yayalp came free, but Derman Ciray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Müjdat Yayalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Altay Kebir in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Derman Ciray saved Conquista from getting behind. Müjdat Yayalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derman Ciray having to interfere. Derman Ciray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Altay Kebir in the 40th minute of the match. Derman Ciray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Altay Kebir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cem Acaröz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Altay Kebir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 56 minutes, Kaptan Bal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Conquista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaptan Bal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Cem Acaröz made a precise shot to the right of Sven-Ove Boberg. MMTKR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After 71 played minutes MMTKR got a freekick which was hit by Yetkin İmar. Altay Kebir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Derman Ciray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Altay Kebir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derman Ciray having to interfere. İsmail Orhun Zorbey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven-Ove Boberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaptan Bal, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Conquista's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
