In the 15th minute of the match Metehan Atikoğlu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yakup Kadri Pektaşi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute, Kılıç Özaslan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uygur Tuyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mehmet Oğuz Özakay's late challenge caught a Monte Kristo Kontu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mehmet Oğuz Özakay helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Monte Kristo Kontu booed when Tasköprü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Ceyhan Malgır didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peker Erdönmez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kılıç Özaslan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rauf Özveri might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehmet Ali Tanberk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rauf Özveri ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Monte Kristo Kontu's zone, Rauf Özveri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Ali Tanberk came out of the goal and Rauf Özveri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Peker Erdönmez came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Tasköprü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peker Erdönmez couldn't finish the play. Peker Erdönmez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Mehmet Ali Tanberk skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mehmet Ali Tanberk came out of the goal and Peker Erdönmez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute, Peker Erdönmez made a precise shot to the right of Mehmet Ali Tanberk. Monte Kristo Kontu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Monte Kristo Kontu succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Tasköprü had controlled the match.
