Hasret Yalazalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Fatih Dirayet in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil İbrahim Ekinci in the 4th minute of play forced Beşiktaş's goalkeeper Gökay Tunalı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Polat Erakıncı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hasret Yalazalp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mehmet Fatih Dirayet's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Polat Erakıncı kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Hasret Yalazalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Fatih Dirayet in the 18th minute of play. Gökay Tunalı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halil İbrahim Ekinci in the 20th minute of play. Ali Faruk Sualp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Hasret Yalazalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hasret Yalazalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Fatih Dirayet in the 23rd minute of the match. Ali Faruk Sualp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasret Yalazalp having to interfere. If Mehmet Fatih Dirayet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Beşiktaş booed when Bolvadin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferhat Çetinoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th match minute, Beşiktaş was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mete Oğuralp to maneuver through the defense. Beşiktaş's Gökay Tunalı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökcan Cebeci in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş's goal looked a bit too open when Halil İbrahim Ekinci came free, but Gökay Tunalı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Polat Erakıncı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bolvadin's Hasret Yalazalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nusret Ballıoğlu in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş's goal looked a bit too open when Güney Oğurata came free, but Gökay Tunalı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gökcan Cebeci in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gökay Tunalı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44th minute Polat Erakıncı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gökay Tunalı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş's goal looked a bit too open when Polat Erakıncı came free, but Gökay Tunalı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 53rd minute, Mehmet Fatih Dirayet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hasret Yalazalp was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 56 minutes, Kurtuluş Ünverdi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beşiktaş and the Bolvadin players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kurtuluş Ünverdi hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Bolvadin's Tayyar Kutal shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 57th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gökay Tunalı but with some difficulty. Hasret Yalazalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Fatih Dirayet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Gökcan Cebeci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gökay Tunalı. Beşiktaş's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gökcan Cebeci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Mutlu Öztarhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hasret Yalazalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Fatih Dirayet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Beşiktaş fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Beşiktaş's Mehmet Fatih Dirayet looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gökcan Cebeci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş's goalkeeper Gökay Tunalı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gökcan Cebeci. The audience was convinced that Mehmet Fatih Dirayet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hasret Yalazalp was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mehmet Fatih Dirayet in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hasret Yalazalp saved Bolvadin from getting behind. Beşiktaş's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
