Aksarayspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Aksarayspor booed when Konyaspor JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Başar Bilgiç didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Konyaspor JK's goalkeeper Oğuzcan Sanal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Savaşer Bozdağ. In the 17th minute, Batu Yabgu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oğuzcan Sanal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Savaşer Bozdağ in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Aksarayspor's goal looked a bit too open when Batu Yabgu came free, but Halit Fahri Ayçetin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Aksarayspor getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Vefa Ferhat hit a great ball. Halit Fahri Ayçetin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aybek Aksel in the 24th minute of the match. Halit Fahri Ayçetin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aybek Aksel in the 26th minute of play. Doğuş Kuvvet hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Aybek Aksel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Konyaspor JK's Oğuzcan Sanal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sarper Tomurcuk in the 33rd minute of play. Sarper Tomurcuk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Oğuzcan Sanal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aksarayspor were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Konyaspor JK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gürbüz Tongal took the corner. The corner led Aksarayspor's Gürbüz Tongal to fire away a dangerous shot which Oğuzcan Sanal despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sarper Tomurcuk did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Oğuzcan Sanal 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

A hard shot 55 in the game by Aybek Aksel from a close distance when the talented Halit Fahri Ayçetin managed to make a qualified save. Aksarayspor's players were relieved. Oğuzcan Sanal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sarper Tomurcuk in the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Konyaspor JK's Başar Bilgiç got a free kick in the 59th minute. Savaşer Bozdağ struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Oğuzcan Sanal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aksarayspor. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Savaşer Bozdağ sped through Konyaspor JK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oğuzcan Sanal. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Konyaspor JK's goalkeeper Oğuzcan Sanal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Konyaspor JK's Oğuzcan Sanal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Savaşer Bozdağ in the 77th minute of play. Halit Fahri Ayçetin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aybek Aksel in the 79th minute. In the 81stth minute of the game Savaşer Bozdağ who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Konyaspor JK's Oğuzcan Sanal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Sarper Tomurcuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aksarayspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Sarper Tomurcuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oğuzcan Sanal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Aybek Aksel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Batu Yabgu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Halit Fahri Ayçetin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aksarayspor's Halit Fahri Ayçetin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Aksarayspor from getting a goal against them. When the referee ended the match the Aksarayspor players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
