Yaser Önen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selmi Üçer in the 24th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Kanarya SK's zone, Selmi Üçer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yaser Önen came out of the goal and Selmi Üçer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Selmi Üçer put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Yaser Önen. Utkan Seyban hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, İlkan Sara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Kanarya SK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. PLATON were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Asrın Gökyüzü was the one to do the kick off. Yaser Önen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Selmi Üçer in the 51st minute. A collision led to Kanarya SK getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ender Resulhan hit a great ball. Selmi Üçer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yaser Önen having to make a save. PLATON's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
