In the 15th minute, Fehmi Ongar fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Seçkin Karadağ, passed just outside the right post. In the 21st minute of the match, Fehmi Ongar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Seçkin Karadağ saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Ali Numan Erbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, TÜRK YILDIZI's goalkeeper Seçkin Karadağ had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vahit İspirli. Sermet Öztaylan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aykut Karasu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sabri Usberk during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to TÜRK YILDIZI getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Sabri Usberk hit a great ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Seçkin Karadağ showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 37th minute, Vahit İspirli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 38 played minutes TÜRK YILDIZI got a freekick which was hit by Sabri Usberk. Ali Numan Erbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aykut Karasu having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Yavuz Selimhan Özbilek walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. TÜRK YILDIZI's Sabri Usberk got his second yellow card of the match in the 57th minute. The referee ordered Sabri Usberk off the ground. 62 minutes into the game, Vahit İspirli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Seçkin Karadağ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vahit İspirli in the 73rd minute of the match.
