Aykut Keşif showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdi Saygın Dengizer, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Kıraç Tunçkaya dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Enginsu Özbay, 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Karaburun SK's Kıraç Tunçkaya dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 26 minutes into the match, Karaburun SK's goal looked a bit too open when Dinçer Çetintürk came free, but Aykut Keşif reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Kıraç Tunçkaya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karaburun SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kıraç Tunçkaya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enginsu Özbay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abdi Saygın Dengizer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aykut Keşif having to interfere. Aykut Keşif didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cevher Veysel went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 43rd minute Dinçer Çetintürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aykut Keşif saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kıraç Tunçkaya to strike the kick off in the second half. Talip Şenal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Aykut Keşif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gökçe Lami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aykut Keşif having to interfere. With a little luck, Karaburun SK's Aykut Keşif got control of the ball when Gökçe Lami tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Emirgan's Dinçer Çetintürk got a free kick in the 60th minute. Vefa Okatan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faruk Tümenbay kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Enginsu Özbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vefa Okatan in the 63rd minute of play. Demircan Kanat hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Mustafa Arif Kurhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aykut Keşif made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Dinçer Çetintürk sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th match minute, Karaburun SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halim Bintuğ to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Karaburun SK's Aykut Keşif got control of the ball when Dinçer Çetintürk tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Halim Bintuğ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdi Saygın Dengizer in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aykut Keşif prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abdi Saygın Dengizer might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aykut Keşif. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abdi Saygın Dengizer ran back to his position shaking his head. When Emirgan's Abdi Saygın Dengizer in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karaburun SK's goalie prevented a goal. When Halim Bintuğ fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karaburun SK's protests and gave Halim Bintuğ a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th minute, Halim Bintuğ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdi Saygın Dengizer in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aykut Keşif saved Karaburun SK from getting behind. Emirgan were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
