Spectators: 7311 (Terracing: 5519, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arda Hezarfen kicked off to start the match. Vefa Orcun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Atilla Kağan Tangun made a huge save. After having played for 8 minutes, Mesut Kayrar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GALATASARAY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mesut Kayrar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 10 minutes into the game, GALATASARAY's Mesut Kayrar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atilla Kağan Tangun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. GALATASARAY's Ekrem Canbolat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baha Hisar in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY's goal looked a bit too open when Baha Hisar came free, but Ekrem Canbolat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GALATASARAY's Ekrem Canbolat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baha Hisar in the 17th minute of play. After 18 minutes GALATASARAY's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sezai Toktimur who took care of the corner kick. The corner led bornova jk's Sezai Toktimur to fire away a dangerous shot which Ekrem Canbolat despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 22nd play minute Mesut Kayrar came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Atilla Kağan Tangun. 2-0. Atilla Kağan Tangun came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by GALATASARAY's Mesut Kayrar. But to his dismay, Mesut Kayrar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baha Hisar in the 29th minute of play forced GALATASARAY's goalkeeper Ekrem Canbolat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Abdi Ekinoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GALATASARAY's protests and gave Abdi Ekinoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. Abdi Ekinoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 34th match minute, bornova jk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baha Hisar to maneuver through the defense. Mesut Kayrar in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Atilla Kağan Tangun, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 36 minutes of play, GALATASARAY's Mesut Kayrar made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atilla Kağan Tangun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Krister Wennersten in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atilla Kağan Tangun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vefa Orcun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vefa Orcun in the 54th minute of play forced bornova jk's goalkeeper Atilla Kağan Tangun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 played minutes GALATASARAY got a freekick which was hit by Yüksel Cevher. Mesut Kayrar scored 5-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Atilla Kağan Tangun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Atilla Kağan Tangun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mesut Kayrar in the 61st minute of the match. Mesut Kayrar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilla Kağan Tangun having to interfere. After 66 minutes, Hamit Sahadettin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the bornova jk and the GALATASARAY players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th match minute, bornova jk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamit Sahadettin to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mesut Kayrar in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atilla Kağan Tangun saved bornova jk from getting behind. Mesut Kayrar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the game, Vefa Orcun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Atilla Kağan Tangun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute, Vefa Orcun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atilla Kağan Tangun was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Atilla Kağan Tangun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mesut Kayrar in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY's Mesut Kayrar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Atilla Kağan Tangun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 8-0 became the score in the 88th minute when Vefa Orcun elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Abdi Ekinoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
