Ataköy FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Boran Utku was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Cankut Adar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Taha Tumbay was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Ahmet Boran Utku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Tolga Ruhsat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute of the match, Cankut Adar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Taha Tumbay saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Duragan's Ahmet Tolga Ruhsat got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Tolga Ruhsat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Hürkan Çetinalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cankut Adar to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Ataköy FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ahmet Tolga Ruhsat fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ahmet Bülent Türünk's late challenge caught a Ataköy FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Bülent Türünk helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ataköy FK booed when Duragan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. The referee showed Batu Emir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st minute, one of Duragan:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Duragan. The referee gave Ataköy FK a penalty, 84 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Anıl Arda Tüzünalp, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Duragan's Taha Tumbay. 1-0. 87 minutes into the match, Duragan's Ahmet Tolga Ruhsat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hürkan Çetinalp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Reha Işık sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hürkan Çetinalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reha Işık, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Taha Tumbay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Boran Utku's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Tarık Ergenç's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Taha Tumbay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. Haydar Cabirs short, quick shot in the 99thth minute got Hürkan Çetinalp to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ataköy FK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Duragan had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
