Spectators: 7351 (Terracing: 5514, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 147) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kutlu Akçasu started the match with the kick off. Şaban Yeğiner made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when İskender Hilal sent off a good shot on target. 6 minutes into the game, ÜNYE SPOR's Tanju Çolak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Şaban Yeğiner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to ÜNYE SPOR getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Tanju Çolak hit a great ball. A collision led to Sapanca getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Andaç İstikbal hit a great ball. Sapanca's Şaban Yeğiner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kutlu Akçasu in the 12th minute of play. İskender Hilal came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Şaban Yeğiner could save by the left post. Şaban Yeğiner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kutlu Akçasu in the 18th minute of play. Şaban Yeğiner was a little too slow when Kutlu Akçasu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alin Istrătescu in the 22nd minute of play forced Sapanca's goalkeeper Şaban Yeğiner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, İskender Hilal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Şaban Yeğiner. İskender Hilal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Şaban Yeğiner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kutlu Akçasu in the 29th minute of play. Sapanca's Şaban Yeğiner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Sapanca from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the match, Sapanca's goal looked a bit too open when Kutlu Akçasu came free, but Şaban Yeğiner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Kutlu Akçasu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Şaban Yeğiner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 36 minutes into the game, ÜNYE SPOR's Tanju Çolak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Şaban Yeğiner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kutlu Akçasu in the 40th minute of play forced Sapanca's goalkeeper Şaban Yeğiner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Sapanca defense, Tanju Çolak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Şaban Yeğiner. The Sapanca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Şaban Yeğiner should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andaç İstikbal to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Gökberk Kavi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şaban Yeğiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th match minute, Sapanca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denizhan Savni to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Tanju Çolak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ÜNYE SPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. In the 70th minute Tanju Çolak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şaban Yeğiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şaban Yeğiner came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by ÜNYE SPOR's İskender Hilal. But to his dismay, İskender Hilal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Şaban Yeğiner came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by ÜNYE SPOR's Tanju Çolak. But to his dismay, Tanju Çolak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Şaban Yeğiner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanju Çolak, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Kutlu Akçasu struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Şaban Yeğiner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÜNYE SPOR. In the 82nd minute, 赵挺国 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Alin Istrătescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Şaban Yeğiner was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. 89 minutes into the match, Tanju Çolak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şaban Yeğiner. Sapanca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tanju Çolak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. ÜNYE SPOR's Kutlu Akçasu got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Kutlu Akçasu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şaban Yeğiner. Sapanca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kutlu Akçasu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. When the referee ended the match the ÜNYE SPOR players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
