Lertxun Belber scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Refik Halit Payidar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute, Kutlu Akçasu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ÜNYE SPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Refik Halit Payidar came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by ÜNYE SPOR's Lertxun Belber. But to his dismay, Lertxun Belber quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Refik Halit Payidar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İskender Hilal in the 20th minute of the match. After 22 minutes of play, ÜNYE SPOR's Lertxun Belber made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Refik Halit Payidar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lertxun Belber in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Refik Halit Payidar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ortaköy's Refik Halit Payidar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanju Çolak in the 27th minute of play. When ÜNYE SPOR's Kutlu Akçasu in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ortaköy's goalie prevented a goal. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ortaköy's goalkeeper Refik Halit Payidar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tanju Çolak struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Refik Halit Payidar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÜNYE SPOR. Refik Halit Payidar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanju Çolak in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

53 minutes into the game, İskender Hilal lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Refik Halit Payidar. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ortaköy's goalkeeper Refik Halit Payidar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The ÜNYE SPOR fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when ÜNYE SPOR's Tanju Çolak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kutlu Akçasu in the 64th minute of play forced Ortaköy's goalkeeper Refik Halit Payidar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ahmet Sedat Akkuş fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tanju Çolak couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute, Seyit Demiralp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kutlu Akçasu in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Refik Halit Payidar saved Ortaköy from getting behind. İskender Hilals short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Refik Halit Payidar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Ortaköy's Refik Halit Payidar got control of the ball when Lertxun Belber tried to sneak it across the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Lertxun Belber notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Ortaköy's Refik Halit Payidar. Refik Halit Payidar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Tanju Çolak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tanju Çolak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as ÜNYE SPOR's Tanju Çolak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Refik Halit Payidar. That made the score 0-11 after 91 minutes of play. Lertxun Belber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over ÜNYE SPOR could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ortaköy throughout the match.
