Spectators: 7098 (Terracing: 5498, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Seyfettin Kutlu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Derviş Çelikel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gencalp Yelmen having to interfere. Afşar Tuğtaşı charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Afşar Tuğtaşı the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bedrettin Şenol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seyfettin Kutlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Işık Erek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kula's supporters crossed their fingers, but Işık Erek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ali Cafer Adem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Seyfettin Kutlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Bedrettin Şenol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bedrettin Şenol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seyfettin Kutlu in the 23rd minute of play. Afşar Tuğtaşı hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kula's zone, Göksel Yörükoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gencalp Yelmen came out of the goal and Göksel Yörükoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Afşar Tuğtaşı came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Kula fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afşar Tuğtaşı couldn't finish the play. Bedrettin Şenol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Cafer Adem, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Inter's Bedrettin Şenol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afşar Tuğtaşı in the 39th minute of play. Bedrettin Şenol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seyfettin Kutlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Göksel Yörükoğlu made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Kula got a freekick which was hit by Sermet Adıvar. In the 55th minute, Derviş Çelikel made a precise shot to the right of Gencalp Yelmen. Kula's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Seyfettin Kutlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Kula's Afşar Tuğtaşı in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inter's goalie prevented a goal. Inter's Bedrettin Şenol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Inter from getting a goal against them. Ali Cafer Adem came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bedrettin Şenol could save by the left post. Derviş Çelikel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göksel Yörükoğlu in the 90th minute of play forced Kula's goalkeeper Gencalp Yelmen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Inter booed when Kula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afşar Tuğtaşı didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute, Osman Nuri Hekimbaşı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Inter were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Kula for a fine match.
