Esrefhoca JK's Ersan Irmak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Esrefhoca JK from getting a goal against them. When Nedim Ünsan fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Izmirspor's protests and gave Nedim Ünsan a yellow card for diving instead. Nedim Ünsan kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. If Hakkı Deniz Gence had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
