Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Trabzonspor's goalkeeper Baybora Saip, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ogün Bala struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Özer Ataner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trabzonspor. Trabzonspor's Ogün Bala got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Barlas Kutkan during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 16 played minutes Davutpasa got a freekick which was hit by Barlas Kutkan. If Nebi Usun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nebi Usun in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Özer Ataner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nebi Usun who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Özer Ataner when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Özer Ataner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nebi Usun in the 29th minute of play. Ogün Bala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Özer Ataner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bahtiyar Osmanoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bahtiyar Osmanoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Trabzonspor booed when Davutpasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bahtiyar Osmanoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barlas Kutkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baybora Saip having to interfere. Barlas Kutkan succeeded in the game's 42nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. After the first half Davutpasa were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nebi Usun made a kick off. Trabzonspor's Ogün Bala got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Özer Ataner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nebi Usun in the 58th minute of play. Affan Satıbey hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Trabzonspor's Recep Canay tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 75thth minute of the game Nebi Usun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Davutpasa's Özer Ataner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Özer Ataner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ogün Bala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Davutpasa getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Sakut Övünç hit a great ball. When Trabzonspor's Nebi Usun in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Davutpasa's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Trabzonspor booed when Davutpasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilgaz Emir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Özer Ataner came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Trabzonspor's Nebi Usun. But to his dismay, Nebi Usun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 83 played minutes Trabzonspor got a freekick which was hit by Akın Ülkümen. Fazıl Hüsnü Özdamar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Baybora Saip made a huge save. Ogün Bala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Trabzonspor players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
