An unexpectedly hard shot by Şehzade Yurtseven in the 8th minute of play forced Saraykent SK's goalkeeper Emre Dilsafa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Atabek Yuvakuran came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Saraykent SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atabek Yuvakuran couldn't finish the play. After having played for 11 minutes, Ahmet Korkut Hancı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saraykent SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Korkut Hancı was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 13 played minutes Şehzade Yurtseven rounded Saraykent SK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Şehzade Yurtseven blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emre Dilsafa having to make a save. Emre Dilsafa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şehzade Yurtseven, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Saraykent SK's Ahmet Korkut Hancı sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gazanfer Horasanlı narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şehzade Yurtseven to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Atabek Yuvakuran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Almus fans cheered their team off the field, for while Saraykent SK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
