After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mahsun Revan made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Çağatay Afak during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of galatasaray booed when DN FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şamil Özsan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mahsun Revan struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Taner Cezlan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DN FK. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mahsun Revan in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Taner Cezlan saved galatasaray from getting behind. galatasaray's Taner Cezlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mahsun Revan in the 90th minute of play. Taner Cezlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mahsun Revan, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
