Umur Barın was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 5th minute. Manavgat's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Umur Barın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serhat Korhan having to interfere. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manavgat's goalkeeper Arslan Bekata, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Serhat Korhan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ilgaz Gök. Manavgat's Arslan Bekata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gürel Saadettin in the 24th minute of play. Mustafa Yaşar Hamurcu hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Selim Uraltan, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. In the 44th minute Gürel Saadettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arslan Bekata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
