In the 26th minute, Orhun Başat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Straniia SK's Ceyhun Akağan threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kubat Taşcan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rıdvan Akel kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Şentürk Uzlet kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Orhun Başat who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Ceyhun Akağan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Straniia SK's goal looked a bit too open when Bilge Kağan Kırgız came free, but Özgün Canal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Boztepe FK booed when Straniia SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enginalp Sezgi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Straniia SK defense, Cenan Semim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Özgün Canal. The Straniia SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Özgün Canal should have stopped the shot. After the first half Boztepe FK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kubat Taşcan to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kubat Taşcan in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ceyhun Akağan saved Boztepe FK from getting behind. Kubat Taşcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ceyhun Akağan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Straniia SK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Boztepe FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Boztepe FK.
