Spectators: 6926 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) Gündoğdu's Özden Reşat started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nebi Tunçkol made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Özden Reşat sent off a good shot on target. Özden Reşat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nebi Tunçkol having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kepsut's Sancarbey Talik got a free kick in the 10th minute. Teodoro Osoro hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Özden Reşat scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nebi Tunçkol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nebi Tunçkol was a little too slow when Özden Reşat got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-0. Özden Reşat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Nebi Tunçkol made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Turabi Umay kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nebi Tunçkol. That made the score 3-0 in the 21 minute of play. Özden Reşat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Nebi Tunçkol made a huge save. If Özden Reşat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kepsut's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Olcay İzci scored to the left of an out of position Nebi Tunçkol, making the score, 4-0. Glenn Ackroyd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hồ Miner, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Olcay İzci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Yılmaz Dicle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ömer Rıza Yiğiter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Glenn Ackroyd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Turabi Umay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teodoro Osoro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Kepsut defense, Özden Reşat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nebi Tunçkol. The Kepsut fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nebi Tunçkol should have stopped the shot. Nebi Tunçkol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özden Reşat, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kepsut's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Olcay İzci was slow to take the kick. During this time Gündoğdu's players had a chance to rest. Nebi Tunçkol came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Gündoğdu's Olcay İzci. But to his dismay, Olcay İzci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Ömer Rıza Yiğiter kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Glenn Ackroyd. That made the score 7-1 in the 85 minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Kepsut's goal looked a bit too open when Özden Reşat came free, but Nebi Tunçkol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nebi Tunçkol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özden Reşat, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Nebi Tunçkol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özden Reşat in the 95th minute of the match. Gündoğdu walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
