Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Davut Oktar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 5 minutes, Mehmet Halis Ziya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celtik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Halis Ziya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mesut Baldemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faruk Uluer having to interfere. Faruk Uluer made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Mesut Baldemir sent off a good shot on target. In the 10th match minute, Celtik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cüneyt Asalet to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davut Oktar in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faruk Uluer saved Ankara Akademi from getting behind. Ankara Akademi's Faruk Uluer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mesut Baldemir in the 18th minute of play. Sarper Yiğiter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ünal Direm in the 19th minute of the match. Ankara Akademi's Faruk Uluer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Ankara Akademi from getting a goal against them. Celtik's Davut Oktar got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Faruk Uluer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mesut Baldemir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Faruk Uluer managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Celtik's Gökçek Yetkin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Davut Oktar in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Faruk Uluer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th minute, Ankara Akademi's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cüneyt Asalet fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 39 minutes into the game, Celtik's Mehmet Halis Ziya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Faruk Uluer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Cüneyt Asalet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Ünal Direm made the kick off in the second half. Halis Çağlar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Faruk Uluer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Celtik's goal looked a bit too open when Ünal Direm came free, but Sarper Yiğiter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Ankara Akademi's goal looked a bit too open when Davut Oktar came free, but Faruk Uluer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Davut Oktar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Faruk Uluer was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Ankara Akademi's zone, Cüneyt Asalet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faruk Uluer came out of the goal and Cüneyt Asalet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute, Mesut Baldemir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Celtik fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Faruk Uluer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mesut Baldemir, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute, Halis Çağlar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Celtik fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 88 minutes into the match, Ankara Akademi's goal looked a bit too open when Halis Çağlar came free, but Faruk Uluer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ankara Akademi's goalkeeper Faruk Uluer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Celtik fully deserved thier win.
