Ahmet Harun Ulum took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Can Özbekkan. Keciborlu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Ofspor SK booed when Keciborlu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Menderes Ahmetoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Murat Ahıska came out and tried to block the shot, but Mehmet Emin Aydoğan slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 41st minute. Menderes Ahmetoğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Murat Ahıska having to make a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mehmet Emin Aydoğan to make the kick off. Mehmet Emin Aydoğan struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Murat Ahıska didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Keciborlu. Menderes Ahmetoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murat Ahıska having to interfere. Can Özbekkan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fikri Pınar in the 56th minute. Fikri Pınar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Murat Ahıska made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Menderes Ahmetoğlu in the 97th minute of play.
