After the first half Sakirpasa JK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mithat Özgurel to make the kick off. The supporters of Sakirpasa JK booed when Bertiz FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erol Oyman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chants of Sakirpasa JK echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Bertiz FK had held the ball for most of the match.
