The supporters of GENÇ ÇOTANAKLAR booed when Kovancilar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kutlay Malik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mustafa Barış Burçhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Rıfkı İlkser made a huge save. Işık Gayret struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Mürsel Çol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kovancilar. Mustafa Barış Burçhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rıfkı İlkser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Barış Burçhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erdi Özbilgin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. GENÇ ÇOTANAKLAR's Mürsel Çol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Işık Gayret in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Kovancilar's Erdi Özbilgin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mürsel Çol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Işık Gayret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mustafa Barış Burçhan was the one to do the kick off. The GENÇ ÇOTANAKLAR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mürsel Çol should have stopped the shot. Erdi Özbilgin struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Rıfkı İlkser came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by GENÇ ÇOTANAKLAR's Atay Kamaci. But to his dismay, Atay Kamaci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Erdi Özbilgin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Işık Gayret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Işık Gayret in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mürsel Çol, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 87 minutes, Mustafa Barış Burçhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GENÇ ÇOTANAKLAR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustafa Barış Burçhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Işık Gayret fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mürsel Çol having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, GENÇ ÇOTANAKLAR could leave the field as winners, despite Kovancilar having more of the ball for most of the match.
