Baskın Kutbay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Denizhan Sebat made a huge save. Kubat Uluçam kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Ahmet Nedim Özal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denizhan Sebat. Halkali's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Nedim Özal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Halkali's goalkeeper Denizhan Sebat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Baskın Kutbay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denizhan Sebat was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Denizhan Sebat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Nedim Özal went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Baskın Kutbay managed to get in a good position for a shot. FENERBAHÇE SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Baskın Kutbay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denizhan Sebat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Keramettin Rusuhi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fazıl Yüksel, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When Tuna Işıldar fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Halkali's protests and gave Tuna Işıldar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Tuna Işıldar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes in the game Cafer Mengüer did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Halis Garipbaş. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Nedim Özal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denizhan Sebat was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Ahmet Gökalp Doğanlar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that FENERBAHÇE SK were the better team. FENERBAHÇE SK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
