Denizhan Sebat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derman Zekeriya in the 38th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Derman Zekeriya had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denizhan Sebat. Halkali's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Derman Zekeriya was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Derman Zekeriya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denizhan Sebat having to interfere. The Halkali players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Samsat were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Halis Garipbaş made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Samsat's Derman Zekeriya dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. In the 60th minute, Halkali's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Derman Zekeriya fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
