Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Devlet Ruknettin made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Genç Spor's goalkeeper Alemdar Acaralp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tunç Baybora. 5 minutes into the game, Demirözü's Süreyya Gaza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alemdar Acaralp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Genç Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Faruk Sabih came free, but Alemdar Acaralp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Yetkiner Arslanoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Demirözü's protests and gave Yetkiner Arslanoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. Rafettin Yetiş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Devlet Ruknettin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Demirözü's goalkeeper Rafettin Yetiş, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ali Faruk Sabih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the game, Tunç Baybora cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Alemdar Acaralp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Devlet Ruknettin during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Genç Spor getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Devlet Ruknettin hit a great ball. When Tunç Baybora came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Demirözü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tunç Baybora couldn't finish the play. After 34 played minutes Genç Spor got a freekick which was hit by Müfit Sayhan. When Ali Faruk Sabih came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Demirözü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Faruk Sabih couldn't finish the play. If Tunç Baybora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Çetin Tandoğdu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Acar Alkım recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tunç Baybora who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Alemdar Acaralp when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tunç Baybora made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Tunç Baybora made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Genç Spor's Alemdar Acaralp tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafettin Yetiş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Devlet Ruknettin in the 56th minute of play. Cuma Tezveren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Genç Spor's Alemdar Acaralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tunç Baybora in the 61st minute of play. Tunç Baybora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Tunç Baybora ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alemdar Acaralp was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. A collision led to Demirözü getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Hatemi Yalçıner hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes Demirözü got a freekick which was hit by Hatemi Yalçıner. Kaan Eyüpoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaan Eyüpoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 75 played minutes Genç Spor got a freekick which was hit by Kaan Eyüpoğlu. In the 77th minute, Ali Faruk Sabih ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alemdar Acaralp was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. After 81 played minutes Genç Spor got a freekick which was hit by Ferit Baykutay. Alemdar Acaralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Faruk Sabih, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hatemi Yalçıner in the 86th minute of play forced Genç Spor's goalkeeper Alemdar Acaralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tunç Baybora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Alemdar Acaralp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tunç Baybora in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alemdar Acaralp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 96th minute, Ali Faruk Sabih got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Demirözü fully deserved thier win.
