Spectators: 6653 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. İstemihan Özgu started the match with the kick off. Müfit Sayhan charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Müfit Sayhan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, Azim Afak sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Genç Spor's Alemdar Acaralp didn't even have to move. Arman Muren didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Devlet Ruknettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arman Muren made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Cuma Tezveren sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Yenifakili's Behzat Cambaz got a free kick in the 20th minute. After having played for 22 minutes, Cuma Tezveren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Genç Spor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cuma Tezveren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Devlet Ruknettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arman Muren having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Cuma Tezveren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Devlet Ruknettin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Arman Muren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After recieving a nice pass, Genç Spor's Ahmet Fikret Nejat tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Arman Muren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Devlet Ruknettin in the 31st minute of the match. Alemdar Acaralp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atabey Kırdar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yenifakili's Arman Muren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Devlet Ruknettin in the 43rd minute of play. Ahmet Sedat Olgun kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Behzat Cambaz kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Cuma Tezveren succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 48th playminute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cuma Tezveren to strike the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Fikret Nejat hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. İstemihan Özgu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Alemdar Acaralp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cuma Tezveren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Genç Spor's goal looked a bit too open when İstemihan Özgu came free, but Alemdar Acaralp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Cuma Tezveren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abayhan Devlettin in the 73rd minute of play forced Yenifakili's goalkeeper Arman Muren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Genç Spor booed when Yenifakili was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Sedat Olgun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 77 played minutes Yenifakili got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Sedat Olgun. 78 minutes into the match, Genç Spor's Ahmet Fikret Nejat broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Yenifakili's Ali Haydar Ekin got a free kick in the 79th minute. Arman Muren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cuma Tezveren, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Kaan Eyüpoğlu hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Kaan Eyüpoğlu was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Genç Spor's Kaan Eyüpoğlu got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 93 minutes into the match, Yenifakili's Azim Afak broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the referee ended the match the Genç Spor players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
