Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. İstemihan Özgu started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peker İlighan in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arman Muren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Birkan Mengü took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atabey Kırdar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If İstemihan Özgu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birkan Mengü made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atabey Kırdar in the 13th minute of play. If Peker İlighan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Yenifakili's Atabey Kırdar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Birkan Mengü narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Yenifakili's zone, Peker İlighan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arman Muren came out of the goal and Peker İlighan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Behzat Cambaz hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. If Peker İlighan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arman Muren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peker İlighan, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peker İlighan made a kick off. Ünsal Resul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arman Muren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erdinç Akbaba in the 57th minute of the match. When İstemihan Özgu came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Yenifakili fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İstemihan Özgu couldn't finish the play. Ünal Sağbilge took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arman Muren. Arman Muren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Arman Muren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peker İlighan in the 67th minute of play. Atabey Kırdar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sarigöl FK's Birkan Mengü played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İstemihan Özgu in the 69th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erdinç Akbaba in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arman Muren saved Yenifakili from getting behind. Peker İlighan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arman Muren having to interfere. Erdinç Akbaba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arman Muren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peker İlighan in the 85th minute of the match. Erdinç Akbaba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Arman Muren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atabey Kırdar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birkan Mengü having to interfere. Atabey Kırdar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Birkan Mengü tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sarigöl FK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
