Spectators: 6698 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tunç Baybora took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 3 minutes, Ali Faruk Sabih managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Demirözü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Faruk Sabih was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alemdar Acaralp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tunç Baybora in the 6th minute of the match. Genç Spor's Alemdar Acaralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tunç Baybora in the 9th minute of play. After 10 played minutes Genç Spor got a freekick which was hit by Ali Baydan. Alemdar Acaralp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yetkiner Arslanoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Kaan Eyüpoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tunç Baybora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Genç Spor defense, Tunç Baybora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alemdar Acaralp. The Genç Spor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alemdar Acaralp should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Acar Alkım in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alemdar Acaralp saved Genç Spor from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Acar Alkım during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 32 minutes in the game, Cuma Tezveren dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After a rather tough play, Genç Spor's Ahmet Fikret Nejat got a free kick in the 36th minute. Alemdar Acaralp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Acar Alkım, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Çetin Tandoğdu fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Genç Spor's protests and gave Çetin Tandoğdu a yellow card for diving instead. 41 minutes into the match, Yetkiner Arslanoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alemdar Acaralp. Genç Spor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yetkiner Arslanoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Alemdar Acaralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tunç Baybora, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tunç Baybora in the 47th minute of play forced Genç Spor's goalkeeper Alemdar Acaralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

In the 65th play minute Tunç Baybora came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alemdar Acaralp. 0-3. Hatemi Yalçıner charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hatemi Yalçıner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th minute, Hatemi Yalçıner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafettin Yetiş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Çetin Tandoğdu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ali Faruk Sabih had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kudret Kazakhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Alemdar Acaralp made a huge save. With a little luck, Genç Spor's Alemdar Acaralp got control of the ball when Tunç Baybora tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ali Faruk Sabih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
