Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kılıçalp Cumali made the kick off and thus started the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aykutalp Kalagay in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atabek Ertuna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8thth minute of the game Kılıçalp Cumali who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karabaglar Fk's Özgün Akel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aykutalp Kalagay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute, İhsan Birsen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, İhsan Birsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karabaglar Fk's Özgün Akel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Akif Türk in the 36th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aykutalp Kalagay to make the kick off. Özgün Akel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaid Tekdoğan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute of the match Akif Türk sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Özgün Akel skillfully saved the ball. If Abdi Azimli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The referee ignored Karabaglar Fk's protests and gave Ejder Namal a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th match minute, Karabaglar Fk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ejder Namal to maneuver through the defense. Akif Türk took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Özgün Akel. Karabaglar Fk's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 86 played minutes Karabaglar Fk got a freekick which was hit by Ziya Muammer. Kılıçalp Cumali's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Özgün Akel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. When İhsan Birsen came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Karabaglar Fk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İhsan Birsen couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
