Spectators: 6524 (Terracing: 5382, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 142) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tuncay Vedat kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Gürselpaşa SK's goal looked a bit too open when Gencal Gözlem came free, but Erbatur Oğuztüzün reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gencal Gözlem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erbatur Oğuztüzün having to interfere. Kavaklidere's Vedat Doğanlar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuncay Vedat in the 13th minute of play. Tayfun Akmeşe hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Ali Ekinci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Kavaklidere's goal looked a bit too open when Rahim İncili came free, but Vedat Doğanlar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Okanay Göktürk kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Fahri Onul, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gürselpaşa SK's Rahim İncili got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31stth minute of the game Tuncay Vedat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kavaklidere's Vedat Doğanlar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vedat Doğanlar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuncay Vedat in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Rahim İncili ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vedat Doğanlar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, Gürselpaşa SK's Erbatur Oğuztüzün got control of the ball when Can Timurtas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erbatur Oğuztüzün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gencal Gözlem in the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Kavaklidere's Can Timurtas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erbatur Oğuztüzün narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Kavaklidere's goal looked a bit too open when Rahim İncili came free, but Vedat Doğanlar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gencal Gözlem was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Kavaklidere getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ali Ekinci hit a great ball. Vedat Doğanlar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rahim İncili in the 56th minute. Tuncay Vedat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Vedat Doğanlar made a huge save. Rahim İncili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tuncay Vedat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuncay Vedat in the 62nd minute of play forced Kavaklidere's goalkeeper Vedat Doğanlar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Şener Siralp fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vedat Doğanlar, passed just outside the right post. In the 66th minute Tuncay Vedat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vedat Doğanlar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tuncay Vedat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rahim İncili could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Vedat Doğanlar made a huge save. In the 72nd minute Can Timurtas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erbatur Oğuztüzün saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gürselpaşa SK's Rahim İncili got a free kick in the 79th minute. Can Timurtas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erbatur Oğuztüzün having to interfere. When Sedat Yasık fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gürselpaşa SK's protests and gave Sedat Yasık a yellow card for diving instead. Sedat Yasık hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Kavaklidere's Battal Seyyit Talaş got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute Şener Siralp managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. In the 88th minute, Tuncay Vedat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erbatur Oğuztüzün showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gencal Gözlem, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Rahim İncili's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vedat Doğanlar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play.
