When Tarkan Ugraş came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Börteçine SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tarkan Ugraş couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Korumtiyans Trabzonista's Ersan Ayıkoğlu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Recep Tayyip Akhan. That made the score 1-3 after 91 minutes of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Korumtiyans Trabzonista eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
