Tekin Hisarcık stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Umut Betim's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Yavuz Selimhan Adıgün received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Sufi Türkmen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hasret Artuç might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sufi Türkmen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hasret Artuç ran back to his position shaking his head. Sufi Türkmen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Seyfi Yalvaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Pars Sarduç's late challenge caught a Sinop's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pars Sarduç helped the player get up and apologised. Hasret Artuç struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Sufi Türkmen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Sufi Türkmen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yavuz Selimhan Adıgün in the 82nd minute of the match. If Yavuz Selimhan Adıgün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yavuz Selimhan Adıgün fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sufi Türkmen having to interfere. Sufi Türkmen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Seyfi Yalvaç went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Sinop's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
