Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sinan Barlas started the match with the kick off. When Hüsnü Ulum came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Sakaryaspor Spor Kulübü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hüsnü Ulum couldn't finish the play. İsmail Orhun Yazıcıoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raik Dikici having to interfere. When Sakaryaspor Spor Kulübü's Ali Güralp Baray in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Abesoglu fk's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th minute Ali Güralp Baray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cevher Oktay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. İsmail Orhun Yazıcıoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Vedat Naim's late challenge caught a Sakaryaspor Spor Kulübü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ali Vedat Naim helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th match minute, Abesoglu fk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Vedat Naim to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the game, Sakaryaspor Spor Kulübü's Ali Güralp Baray nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cevher Oktay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cevher Oktay came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Sakaryaspor Spor Kulübü's Hüsnü Ulum. But to his dismay, Hüsnü Ulum quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 29 minutes into the match, Abesoglu fk's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Güralp Baray came free, but Cevher Oktay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İsmail Orhun Yazıcıoğlu struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Raik Dikici didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abesoglu fk. 30 minutes into the match, Sakaryaspor Spor Kulübü's goalkeeper Raik Dikici had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by İsmail Orhun Yazıcıoğlu. Hüsnü Ulum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. İsmail Orhun Yazıcıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Raik Dikici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İsmail Orhun Yazıcıoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raik Dikici having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hüsnü Ulum to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Mehmet Hakkı Kutel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Güralp Baray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cevher Oktay having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Abesoglu fk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Metin Nusret to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Sakaryaspor Spor Kulübü's Cevher Oktay threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hüsnü Ulum, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sinan Barlas in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raik Dikici saved Sakaryaspor Spor Kulübü from getting behind. Sinan Barlas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raik Dikici stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İsmail Orhun Yazıcıoğlu's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Sakaryaspor Spor Kulübü's Hüsnü Ulum got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sinan Barlas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raik Dikici having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Sakaryaspor Spor Kulübü's goal looked a bit too open when Sinan Barlas came free, but Raik Dikici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sakaryaspor Spor Kulübü eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
