After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Gökçen Olgunay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saimbeyli's supporters rose to their feet, but Gökçen Olgunay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yaser Güdeş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gani Taşkın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aygün Bayır in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yaser Güdeş prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Özgün Hürmetli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gani Taşkın made a great header on Saimbeyli's corner, it was just that Kaygsz FK's Yaser Güdeş managed to reach the ball for a save. Yaser Güdeş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökçen Olgunay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Özgün Hürmetli kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Gökçen Olgunay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yaser Güdeş having to interfere. Gani Taşkın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Yaser Güdeş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Saimbeyli's Karhan Temizkal got control of the ball when Neşat Canbulat tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aygün Bayır to make the kick off. Gökçen Olgunays short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Yaser Güdeş to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuna İdilkurt in the 55th minute of play forced Saimbeyli's goalkeeper Karhan Temizkal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 played minutes Saimbeyli got a freekick which was hit by Bedrettin Muzaffer. If Bedrettin Muzaffer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gökçen Olgunay received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yaser Güdeş came out and tried to block the shot, but Gökçen Olgunay slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 65th minute. In the 68th match minute, Kaygsz FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tuna İdilkurt to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Saimbeyli's Gökçen Olgunay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yaser Güdeş narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 77 played minutes Kaygsz FK got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Emin Adsoy. A collision led to Kaygsz FK getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Mehmet Emin Adsoy hit a great ball. In the 94th minute, Neşat Canbulat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Nusret Ocakoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yaser Güdeş. Kaygsz FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nusret Ocakoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3.
