Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) GS SPOR's Furkan Okkan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Vehdi Özyay got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Furkan Okkan in the 4th minute of play forced İstanbul Güngörenspor's goalkeeper Duran Uğurlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hulki Balcan charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hulki Balcan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to İstanbul Güngörenspor getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Hulki Balcan hit a great ball. Altay Seza succeeded in the game's 8th minute to get real power on a long shot . İstanbul Güngörenspor's Duran Uğurlu hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-0! Duran Uğurlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Furkan Okkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Reha Civanmert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duran Uğurlu having to interfere. If Güner Çağnur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Güner Çağnur came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the İstanbul Güngörenspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Güner Çağnur couldn't finish the play. When Ünal Suerkan fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GS SPOR's protests and gave Ünal Suerkan a yellow card for diving instead. 26 minutes into the game, Arif Çelebi Ekber cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sungurbey Tarık was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind GS SPOR's goalkeeper Sungurbey Tarık, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, İstanbul Güngörenspor's goal looked a bit too open when Furkan Okkan came free, but Duran Uğurlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Vehdi Özyay managed to get in a good position for a shot. GS SPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Vehdi Özyay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Duran Uğurlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Furkan Okkan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Duran Uğurlu was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, GS SPOR's Vehdi Özyay got a free kick in the 41st minute. The supporters of İstanbul Güngörenspor booed when GS SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdurrezzak Mahmut didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Vehdi Özyay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Ünal Suerkan kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the game, Vehdi Özyay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Duran Uğurlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Furkan Okkan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Osman Buyruk struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Duran Uğurlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GS SPOR. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Furkan Okkan in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duran Uğurlu saved İstanbul Güngörenspor from getting behind. After 72 played minutes GS SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Furkan Okkan. Arif Çelebi Ekber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sungurbey Tarık having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Osman Buyruk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vehdi Özyay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duran Uğurlu having to interfere. If Furkan Okkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 87 played minutes İstanbul Güngörenspor got a freekick which was hit by Hulki Balcan. Furkan Okkan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Duran Uğurlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Furkan Okkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Duran Uğurlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Furkan Okkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
