After having played for 2 minutes, Şükrü Şanberk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Puma Spor F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şükrü Şanberk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th match minute, Kesgin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İbrahim Sertuğ to maneuver through the defense. When İbrahim Sertuğ fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kesgin's protests and gave İbrahim Sertuğ a yellow card for diving instead. İbrahim Sertuğ kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. If Şükrü Şanberk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şükrü Şanberk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Kurtuluş Semin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İbrahim Sertuğ kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. When Şükrü Şanberk came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Puma Spor F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şükrü Şanberk couldn't finish the play. Şükrü Şanberk might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kurtuluş Semin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şükrü Şanberk ran back to his position shaking his head. Kurtuluş Semin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oktay Orun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yüce Kutsan struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Saltuk Taycan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kesgin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yüce Kutsan in the 34th minute of play forced Puma Spor F.C's goalkeeper Saltuk Taycan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yüce Kutsan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Saltuk Taycan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oktay Orun to strike the kick off in the second half. Saltuk Taycan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şenel Tokel, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Oktay Orun struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Kurtuluş Semin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puma Spor F.C. Saltuk Taycan made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Yüce Kutsan sent off a good shot on target. Şenel Tokel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saltuk Taycan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Şükrü Şanberk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurtuluş Semin having to interfere. Azim Okutan kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Oktay Orun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Kurtuluş Semin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Şükrü Şanberk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Puma Spor F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Kesgin for a fine match.
