Lefter Çağa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Abdi Saygın Kalgay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th match minute, Skomp Sk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enis Behiç Ünan to maneuver through the defense. Balikesir were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Skomp Sk's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Battal Gazi İltemiz took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Abdi Saygın Kalgay heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Lefter Çağa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Skomp Sk had won after a very even match.
