Spectators: 7187 (Terracing: 5392, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Orçun Can started the match with the kick off. Orçun Can sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orçun Can fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakkı Rezzak having to interfere. Kadri Biçimli kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Hakkı Rezzak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Çağrı Hizanlı, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gülyali's zone, Orçun Can stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hakkı Rezzak came out of the goal and Orçun Can tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Trabzon Fırtınası's Ali Çağrı Hizanlı in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gülyali's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Orçun Can managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trabzon Fırtınası's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orçun Can was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 34 played minutes Gülyali got a freekick which was hit by Demiralp Kırman. When Melih Gerdaneri came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Trabzon Fırtınası fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melih Gerdaneri couldn't finish the play. Orçun Can struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Hakkı Rezzak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trabzon Fırtınası. Ahmet Gökalp Egeli hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Trabzon Fırtınası's Kamil Bilgin got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kadri Biçimli's late challenge caught a Trabzon Fırtınası's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kadri Biçimli helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes Gülyali got a freekick which was hit by Kadri Biçimli.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kadri Biçimli made a kick off. If Orçun Can had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orçun Can recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Orçun Can received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Hakkı Rezzak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Ali Çağrı Hizanlı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yiğitcan Ergüven hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Trabzon Fırtınası played a much better game than Gülyali and deserved their victory. The Gülyali players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
