But to his dismay, Orkun Yunus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 7th match minute, AtayX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bektaş Ali Onursan to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Yahya Avcı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gürol Yastıkcığlu in the 9th minute of the match. When Hasan Akersoy came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the AtayX fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hasan Akersoy couldn't finish the play. 0-2 became the score in the 13th minute when Orkun Yunus elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Abdi İksir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orkun Yunus, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Ahmet Yahya Avcı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürol Yastıkcığlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nurtekin Gümüşcüoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nurtekin Gümüşcüoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With his leg Ahmet Yahya Avcı managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when FC.Burmer's Mehmet Emin Hızlan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 40 minutes into the match, FC.Burmer's Gürol Yastıkcığlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Yahya Avcı narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Orkun Yunus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdi İksir was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Bünyamin Ayazoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half AtayX were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
