Mustafa Birol Türksan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mirza Haneci in the 37th minute of play. If Arif Gaffar Uğursel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ergün Tulunay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 45th match minute, Erzintas sk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göksun Torhan to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ergün Tulunay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Erzintas sk got a freekick which was hit by Bilal Mücip. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kırşehir Sk's goalkeeper Abdullah Akşin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Şimşek Berkkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdullah Akşin having to interfere. In the last second Abdullah Akşin throw himself and got hold of the ball when Şimşek Berkkan in the 66thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Ayvaz Akyıldız succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 80th playminute. The supporters of Erzintas sk booed when Kırşehir Sk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Gaffar Uğursel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdullah Akşin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şimşek Berkkan in the 96th minute of play.
