Reading FC's Baykan Evcimen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Reading FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Ali Faruk Abanoz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tasova JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Faruk Abanoz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baykan Evcimen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Çeliker Karabey's late challenge caught a Tasova JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Faruk Abanoz during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Gökhan Ertüze sped through Reading FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baykan Evcimen. The Reading FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tasova JK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
