Spectators: 6796 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Feyyaz Tor kicked off to start the match. Teoman Seci took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hamdi Yurdaşen. Hamdi Yurdaşen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With a little luck, Kırşehirspor40's Hamdi Yurdaşen got control of the ball when Teoman Seci tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 10th minute, Feyyaz Tor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kırşehirspor40 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Teoman Seci came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Hamdi Yurdaşen could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mert Cenan got free with Hamdi Yurdaşen in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute, Soma's Abdulhamit Tolgunay ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hamdi Yurdaşen. Hamdi Yurdaşen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teoman Seci got free with Hamdi Yurdaşen in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 37th match minute, Soma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necmettin Togay to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Vefik Yeğiner came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Kırşehirspor40's Galip Erensoy. But to his dismay, Galip Erensoy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When Abdulhamit Tolgunay came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Soma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdulhamit Tolgunay couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Kırşehirspor40's Hamdi Yurdaşen got control of the ball when Teoman Seci tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 48th minute, Soma's Doğuş Hancı dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abdulhamit Tolgunay to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Soma's Teoman Seci nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hamdi Yurdaşen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. 62 minutes into the game, Abdulhamit Tolgunay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Hamdi Yurdaşen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abdulhamit Tolgunay scored 6-2 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hamdi Yurdaşen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teoman Seci in the 70th minute of play forced Kırşehirspor40's goalkeeper Hamdi Yurdaşen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th match minute, Kırşehirspor40 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cüneyt Rical to maneuver through the defense. Abdulhamit Tolgunay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cüneyt Rical received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ahmet Vefik Yeğiner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feyyaz Tor's late challenge caught a Soma's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feyyaz Tor helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Soma booed when Kırşehirspor40 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feyyaz Tor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 95 played minutes Kırşehirspor40 got a freekick which was hit by Erdoğan Cankan. Soma walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
