Spectators: 6660 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yıldırım Bahadır started the match with the kick off. In the 12th minute Hüseyin Ahmetoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cabbar Özbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ankara SK's Cabbar Özbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuna Tekinel in the 14th minute of play. When Tuna Tekinel fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hanak's protests and gave Tuna Tekinel a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ankara SK booed when Hanak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuna Tekinel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ankara SK's Sinan Şirzat couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hanak. 19 minutes into the match, Ankara SK's goal looked a bit too open when Hüseyin Ahmetoğlu came free, but Cabbar Özbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Yıldırım Bahadır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hüseyin Ahmetoğlu in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cabbar Özbey saved Ankara SK from getting behind. Cabbar Özbey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüseyin Ahmetoğlu in the 31st minute of the match. Şenol Tarık recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şenol Tarık blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anıl Arda İhsan having to make a save. After having played for 41 minutes, Emir Dikmen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hanak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emir Dikmen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Özgür Sergen's late challenge caught a Hanak's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Özgür Sergen helped the player get up and apologised.

Tacettin Korkut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 53rd minute Tacettin Korkut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anıl Arda İhsan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ankara SK's Cabbar Özbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yıldırım Bahadır in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hanak's Tuna Tekinel got a free kick in the 57th minute. Tacettin Korkut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 62 minutes, Mehmet Anıl Başkurt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ankara SK and the Hanak players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mehmet Anıl Başkurt hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Tacettin Korkut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ankara SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 71 minutes into the match, Hanak's goal looked a bit too open when Tacettin Korkut came free, but Anıl Arda İhsan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şenol Tarık fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Arda İhsan having to interfere. Tacettin Korkut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Anıl Arda İhsan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81st play minutes Tacettin Korkut shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Anıl Arda İhsan and just under the crossbar into goal. Özgür Sergen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Anıl Arda İhsan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Yıldırım Bahadır reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cabbar Özbey. The goal made the score 2-1. Hüseyin Ahmetoğlu struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Cabbar Özbey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hanak. Hanak's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
