Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Halfeti's Rahim Ülken started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Lemi İnegöllü was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Halfeti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ankara SK the free kick. Lemi İnegöllü kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th match minute, Ankara SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tacettin Korkut to maneuver through the defense. After 8 minutes, Muhammet Koçhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Halfeti and the Ankara SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Muhammet Koçhan kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. If Tibet Yağan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. Tibet Yağan in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cabbar Özbey, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cabbar Özbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lemi İnegöllü, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Gürol Sanat came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ankara SK's Tacettin Korkut. But to his dismay, Tacettin Korkut quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tacettin Korkut was the one to do the kick off. Cabbar Özbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rahim Ülken, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Rahim Ülken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Şenol Tarık got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dursun Ali Peyam took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cabbar Özbey. Ankara SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 62 minutes, Tibet Yağan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Halfeti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tibet Yağan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tacettin Korkut received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gürol Sanat came out and tried to block the shot, but Tacettin Korkut slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 64th minute. Şenol Tarık received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Gürol Sanat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şenol Tarık sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gürol Sanat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tacettin Korkut in the 74th minute of play. Ankara SK's Şenol Tarık got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Halfeti's Gürol Sanat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Halfeti from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahim Ülken in the 85th minute of play forced Ankara SK's goalkeeper Cabbar Özbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tacettin Korkut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şenol Tarık recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Tacettin Korkut managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ankara SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Tacettin Korkut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gürol Sanat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Halfeti supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ankara SK's performance. The match ended with a win for Ankara SK.
